 G.wave products have a 30-day  warranty on  manufacture. They are non-refundable but they can be exchanged if a color or length error occurred during your purchase. Contact us if you need help for the choice of your product before your purchase. Follow the instructions on product care before use. 

Delivery times are approximately 5 to 7 working day. Make sure the delivery address is accurate when you receive the email that will confirm your purchase. Contact us by email if you wish to make any changes to your address or order.  Turenne Strategies  guarantees all confidentiality and does not share at any time the data of its customers with a third party.
